Paul Reynolds Managing Director
Paul Reynolds joined Mentor Corporate Coaching in 2007. He had over 20 years experience in senior leadership roles in the molasses business of the Tate and Lyle Group, and as a Director of a major American bulk liquid storage company, which specializes in handling petroleum and chemical products. Paul has managed multi-disciplined teams in trading, storage and distribution in the UK and worldwide. In his various roles he has worked “on the ground” in over 30 countries.
